| If you want to make a reservation, please call the EPCA Meeting Rooms Co-Ordinator at ++32.2/741.86.64 or alternatively download the appropriate reservation documents in this section. | |
| Please note that the reservation of a meeting room or of an office space must be accompanied by the A/ the appropriate meeting room or office space reservation contract and B/ meeting room & office booking function sheet, both forms duly filled out. | |
| After completion of the said documents, please e-mail them to admin@epca.eu or alternatively fax them to the EPCA office using following number ++ 32.2/741.86.80. | |
