Can I have access to the list of EPCA members?
General information on the profile of the EPCA member companies and a concise list of members can be found in the public area of the website. This list is updated monthly. The detailed list of companies, including names of the official representatives, is only available in the members area. The list contains the Full and Associate Members. Affiliates are not included. -
How can I participate in the EPCA networking?
Member companies are invited to networking events. The information on the official membership application procedure can be found on the website (how to become a member?). Unless stated otherwise, invitations are always sent to the official representatives and the delegates who made a request for invitation. -
What is the function of the official representative?
The official representative, who received the login and password to enter the members area, is the key focal point for EPCA in the member company. All information on meetings, seminars and workshops is directly sent to him/her for transmission to the relevant persons and units within the company. -
Who receives the invitation brochures to the meetings? Who can register for the meetings?
Official representatives and by the company selected delegates of EPCA members, having paid their membership fee, receive the invitations by mid May (AM). All delegates from member companies can register for the meetings. -
When does the Annual Meeting 2009 take place?
EPCA Annual Meeting - 3 - 7 October 2009 in Berlin. Invitations will be sent to member companies from 22 May onwards. -
Who can I contact for my personal login and password to enter the members area?
Our IT-department provides the official representatives of member companies, having paid their membership fee, a personal log-in and password to access the members area. Should you not have received it, please contact webmaster@epca.eu. Official representatives can communicate the login and password to other persons within the company or staff of affiliated companies. -
Who can I contact for more information on meetings?
You can submit your specific request to the Meeting Department meetings@epca.eu. Contact details of staff members can be found in the websection 'about us'. -
Who can I contact for changes in company contact details?
You can send all changes (name and address of the company, name of official representative,….) to mdb@epca.be mdb@epca.eu. Please note that all changes regarding Official Representatives have to be confirmed in writing to the Secretary General.
